🔵 Nicolas Jackson Set for Chelsea Exit? Maresca Hints at Possible Move

Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson could be heading for a surprise exit this summer, according to comments made by new manager Enzo Maresca. Speaking to the media, the former Leicester boss addressed ongoing speculation surrounding the 23-year-old’s future at Stamford Bridge.
“During the window, anything can happen,” Maresca said. “That’s also the case for Nico Jackson. We’ve signed two strikers… let’s see.”
Jackson, who joined Chelsea from Villarreal in 2023 for a reported £32 million, had a mixed debut season in the Premier League. While showing flashes of brilliance and scoring 14 goals in all competitions, inconsistency and missed chances often made him a divisive figure among fans.
With Chelsea having brought in two new forwards this summer by adding fresh competition for places Jackson’s role under Maresca now appears uncertain.
The manager’s open-ended comments have fueled speculation that the Senegal international may be on the move, with several clubs across Europe reportedly monitoring his situation.
While no concrete offers have been made public, the coming weeks could prove pivotal for Jackson’s Chelsea future, especially as the Blues continue to reshape their squad under Maresca’s leadership.
